Well I have a pretty good understanding of my religion. Catholic. Well mostly but I disbelieve some of it and replace it with some more scientific reasons. Because in those days if something wierd happened they immediately jumped to supernatural reasons. So ask me anything. How can heaven and Hell exist? What happened in these storys of prophets? And I'll answer them, well I'll do my best anyway  |

Well I believe God is real an he has ultimate power blah blah blah. But I also believe Jesus is his son, and therefore any 'tricks' he pulls I believe to be real. |

i like the idea of re-incarnation................. i mean who wouldnt want to be an animal or someone else.............but i just dont think it happens..........you know there is probably nothing but, oh well i will keep an open mind and try to stick to my philosophy....but it is quite hard......

I believe there is NOTHING after death, even if there was you wouldn't have a mind to experience it, I mean after you die you rot, your brain rots, your brain becomes nothing and thoughts have to be generated from somewhere and if your brain no longer exists how are you meant to think about stuff? I mean, after death you could go somewhere and do something but how would you be able to know that's happening, you can't even imagine something happening when you're dead.
I don't like the concept that you have some sort of party after you have died, it makes no sense. Heaven and hell, they don't exist, it is impossible. Think about it. Heaven is a reward and hell is a punishment, they both have two very different extremes and you belong to one of them.
If you were to brainwash people into believing in these then they are very much under your control, they will be scared to do something that you think is 'wrong', not what they think is wrong. They will do something that you consider 'right' and you will encourage them to do more 'right' things, like keeping the church in power for example, that's the 'right' thing to do and so this religion is still with us.
Destroying the freedom of thought by brainwashing, if you are brainwashed enough you will go to heaven don't worry, because that's what they have forced you to believe. If you're not brainwashed and have your own opinions then that's not good enough and you will go to hell.
It's all about force, don't let people make decisions for themselves, just send a preacher round to their door and bombard them with thoughts and concepts and don't give them the time to think about them and realize that they disagree with most of them.
Please view my opinions with an open mind, I am only thirteen and I don't understand everything and I never will and no one will ever understand everything either. We're human, humanity wants to understand things it can't, they make up reasons for things they don't understand and religions are formed, there is conflict between these religions and one disapproves with another and they think each others concepts are wrong, this escalates.
Personally I don't have a religion and I never will. All religions and concepts are wrong in a way because no one knows enough to find the truth about everything. To be honest, if you're a true follower of your religion you should regard everything that I just said as complete and utter crap, if people didn't then religions would fall apart and people would start thinking independently.
